See you all at the market on Sunday 28th October between 9am and 2 pm.
The deck at the Deviot Hall has been given a new coat of sealant and is looking fabulous - our thanks go to Peter Maynard for his great work. All the busy producers are preparing for next Sundays Market.
The theme for this market is “
Fresh and Tasty” referencing the abundance of fresh produce sourced from a
variety of micro businesses in the area including Cheese makers, Winemakers, vegetable growers, bakers
and apiarists. Also “tasty” craft
from potters, woodworkers,
sewers, artists and more. The children of Deviot have a stall where they can
experience the world of commerce
by producing and selling their own work. Younger children can enjoy the
playground while children and adults of all ages can exercise their artistic
talents by painting a ceramic tile to take home. Rotary will be on hand with a
steak and sausage barbecue an there will be great coffee to sip on while you
enjoy a stroll through the community garden which is looking fabulous with the
fruit trees in full blossom or relax and enjoy the live music. With over twenty-five stalls to browse and entertainment for the young and
young at heart it is a great way to spend your Sunday morning this weekend.
